Steel shop

The steel shop is the production of castings from high-manganese steel 110G13L, gray cast iron SCH-20, wear-resistant cast iron IChKh28N2, carbon steel 35L, etc. The annual volume of casting is more than 25 thousand tons. The steel shop includes:
  • modeling department,
  • mold department,
  • melting department,
  • thermal section.
We aew using:
  • Melting furnaces: Electric arc and induction furnaces from ABP (Germany)
  • Heat treatment furnaces: BOSIO thermal furnaces (Slovenia, Germany)
Molding line of the Italian company "IMF"

The technological process of production provides for casting into molds formed by wooden models using the technology of cold-hardening mixtures.

Steel smelting is carried out in 4 electric arc furnaces DS-5NT and DS-6N2, as well as in an ABP induction furnace.

Pouring metal into molds is made from locking ladles with a capacity of 10 tons.

For a now the molding section has been completely reconstructed, a transition has been made from the outdated “liquid glass” technology to the technology of cold-hardening mixtures according to the Alfaset process based on the equipment of the Italian company “IMF”.

The site for the production of cores for small and medium-sized castings was modernized, a site for the production of large cores and molds for castings from cast iron grade IChKh28N2 was created, and the Fast Loop production line for the production of molds for small castings was put into operation.

The production of molds is carried out using continuous mixers "Mixer T36/50-S", and core machine "Practicor HV50". As a result of the modernization of the molding process, the productivity of production and the quality of manufactured products have significantly increased, in particular, the appearance of castings has significantly improved.

Mechanical assembly shop

The mechanical assembly shop carries out overhauls of mining crushing and grinding, sintering, transport equipment, manufactures metal structures of varying degrees of complexity, and also produces non-standard equipment.
Drilling mounting holes on a horizontal boring machine
The mechanical assembly shop includes a fleet of rotary, horizontal boring, horizontal milling, radial drilling machines, which allow machining steel and cast iron castings.

UNIPORT 7000

The UNIPORT 7000 is based on the field-proven UNIPORT 7. The gantry and fixed table design of the machine makes the UNIPORT 7000 a very flexible base for many industrial applications.
Machining center UNIPORT 7000 To ensure technological flexibility machine UNIPORT 7000 completed with various heads. For implementation axial machining operations tool with horizontal the location of its axis suggests an angular (by 90º) head. To further enhance flexibility offered universal angle head UNISIGN, allowing the tool to be set at almost any angle when using axes A and C.
Heavy and large in size parts are fixed directly on the stationary table that provides comfortable access for loading/unloading machine. Large displacement values along the x-axis allow you to embed processing in pendulum mode in which during single piece processing installation/removal another.

SCREW PILE AREA

On March 3, 2010, the grand opening of the screw pile production workshop took place.
The new line was launched by the governor of the Sverdlovsk region Alexander Misharin.

The new workshop for the production of screw piles is equipped with an automated line, taking into account the latest advances in technology. It was developed and designed by an Italian company according to the terms of reference of JCS Metalist.

UP TO 0 SCREW PILES
Screw pile production workshop

Screw tips are cast in the steel shop of JCS Metalist, welded to the pipe by arc welding, which guarantees the preservation of the mechanical properties of steel. Screw piles are assembled into the required structure by bolting or welding.

The bearing capacity of the structure depends on the pile diameter, drilling depth and structure area.
Manufactured products are accepted by the technical and laboratory control service in accordance with the technical specifications.
